  John Browning



John started first started paddling as a boy scout (many years ago). Around 30 years ago John took up sea kayaking and has developed a real passion for it. Besides the passion for sea kayaking, John also has a passion for prehospital emergency medical care. John is an Emergency Medical Technician in Milwaukee. John is a former Wilderness EMT, and a former instructor for Wilderness Medical Associates. John is also a Coastal Kayak Instructor Trainer Educator with the American Canoe Assosication (ACA).

 What Can Go Wrong?

Have you really thought about what could go wrong on your paddling trip? John will examine three categories where things go wrong. He'll discuss the management of those areas to prevent an incident from happening, and how to manage the incident when stuff does hit the fan.
